About Blatherskite Park
Blatherskite Park has been woven into the fabric of Alice Springs since 1977. What began as grounds developed for equestrian pursuits has grown, under the careful guidance of our honorary board of trustees, into a thriving precinct that serves the whole community.
Today the park proudly hosts some of the region's most beloved gatherings, from the Alice Springs Show, a highlight of the Red Centre's social and agricultural calendar, to the roar of the world-famous Red CentreNATS auto festival.
As a community-focused reserve, we reinvest to keep our unique facilities available and affordable for local groups, hirers and visitors alike. Our trustees are committed to supporting the interests of Alice Springs wherever they can.
